Back To Back is an action that is only triggered at certian points in the game. The two players will stand back to back, and will have to kill the multiple enemys that have surrounded them. The primary weapon is always used while back to back.

- In Army Of Two, back to back happens multiple times.
- In 40th Day, back to back only happens twice. Once at the crane descent, and aslo at the entrance to the mall.
- This feature was removed from Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel.
