Mohammed al-Habib ran the terrorist organization that captured Brian Hicks in one of the earliest mission of the first Army of Two. He has little face time in the game, but can be one of the more difficult "bosses." Defeating him earns the guys a bonus check; even though Alice says that it is a secondary objective, the only way to progress the storyline is by killing him.
