Real world P90
The P90 was developed by Fabrique Nationale in the late 1980s and early 90's and features a unique bullpup 50 round magazine mounted horizontally on top of the weapon and also makes use of the relatively new 5.7x28mm round. The P90 was designed as a "Personal Defense Weapon" a weapon that is the size of a Sub Machinegun but have superior range, accuracy and armor-piercing capabilities similar to an assault rifle. It is unlocked from the hostages across the skyscrapers in "In Case of Fire". It has a high fire rate, low aggro, and moderate damage. It can also be obtained if you have a saved file of the original Army of Two on your console.
